Managers only see the Cleaning checklist here. Owners keep checklist setup, recipes, and logs in the Owner Dashboard.
Cleaning Checklist
No checklist loaded yet.
Temperature Log
Record Walk-In Cooler, Pizza Prep, Salad Prep, and Freezer temps. Owners decide which pizza prep and salad prep items managers must temp.
Equipment
Fixed checks required for every location.
Pizza Prep
Owner-configured food items on the pizza prep line.
Salad Prep
Owner-configured food items on the salad prep line.

Quick Guide
Use this page to train owners and managers. Keep rollout simple: install the app, complete daily tasks, report issues, and review owner alerts.
Owner Setup
- Open Operations from MyPizzaWorld.
- Pick the store at the top.
- Use Checklist Setup to edit Opening, Cleaning, and Closing tasks.
- Check Require photo proof only on tasks that need proof.
- Set alert times for each checklist.
- Add ops-only employees from the Employees tab.
Manager Daily Flow
- Open the PW Ops app on the phone.
- Enter manager/shift lead name.
- Tap Start / Load Today.
- Check off each task during the shift.
- Add photos where the task asks for proof.
- Tap Complete & Save Log.
Owner Review
- Dashboard shows missing checklists, open issues, and proof-photo counts.
- Owner Log shows completed checklist details.
- Open Issues should be reviewed and closed daily.
- Pilot Dashboard shows store readiness and usage.
Pilot Rules
- Start with 2–3 stores for 2–3 days.
- Require at least one photo on each major checklist.
- Have managers report one test issue on Day 1.
- Fix confusing checklist wording immediately.

Change your Operations password here. Store owners can also reset employee passwords from the Employees tab by editing the employee and entering a new temporary password.

SOP / Reference Library
Fast day-to-day reference for managers. This is separate from new-hire training and is meant for shift execution.
Completed Logs
Completed checklists and temperature logs appear here so owners can verify what was done, by who, and when.
Manager Scores
Advanced owner report for coaching: completion consistency, lateness, issue resolution, proof compliance, and temperature accuracy by manager.
Shift Timeline
A chronological audit trail of the shift: store open, temps submitted, prep completed, proof photos uploaded, issues reported, and checklist completion.
Install Pizza World Operations App
This turns the Operations page into a phone/tablet app icon. No App Store needed.
iPhone / iPad
- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Name it PW Ops and tap Add.
Android
- Open this page in Chrome.
- Tap the menu ⋮.
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Open PW Ops from the home screen.

Day 1 Test Plan
- Manager logs in from phone.
- Completes Opening checklist before lunch.
- Adds at least one photo proof item.
- Reports one test issue, then owner marks it closed.
- Completes Cleaning and Closing checklist.
- Owner checks dashboard and log detail.
